Walk into a modern coffe shop like Starbucks (TM) or a trendy cafe any where in the world, look at the menu and you are immediately struck by the bewildering choices before you. Which cup of coffee will you choose? What is the difference between a cappucinno and a Caffe Late? Here is a list that might help you select the caffeine hit thats just rght for you.

Caffe Latte
A Caffe Latte is served in a glass, with a shot of espresso and topped with hot milk and then crowned with 10ml of dense foam. A latte is traditionally served with a serviette or napkin wrapped around the glass since the glas is too very hot to hold otherwise.

Cappuccino
A cappuccino is made with 1/3 espresso coffee, 1/3 hot milk, and 1/3 creamy dense foam. Cholocolate on top is common but not essential

Doppio
A doppio is two shots of espresso served in an espresson cup. This is for the real coffee buff.
